Supporting Innovation Through Industry Partnership

The Banff Pipeline Workshop is proudly sponsored by its community—pipeline operators, consultants, service providers, and regulators who actively shape the conversations that matter. By showcasing their expertise and services, sponsors help bring today’s problem‑solvers together and drive practical, collaborative solutions to pipeline integrity challenges.

  • Showcase your expertise and services to industry leaders and decision‑makers

  • Engage directly with a cross‑section of the pipeline community

  • Support collaborative problem‑solving and the advancement of pipeline integrity

  • Align your organization with a trusted, long‑standing industry forum

  • Client rooms and dedicated showcase spaces

  • Social Event sponsorships

  • Technical track sponsorships

  • Brand exposure across key conference elements

Detailed options and benefits are outlined in the Sponsorship Package:

The Banff Pipeline Workshop is intentionally designed to encourage collaboration among operators, service providers, technology developers, and subject matter experts. Exhibitors are encouraged to bring technical specialists, innovators, and problem solvers who can contribute to discussions throughout the event. As members of the pipeline community, exhibitors play an important role in the Working Group sessions, where diverse perspectives and practical experience are highly valued.

Exhibition Booth Staff

Each exhibition booth package includes two registrations for booth personnel.

There is no separate registration category for exhibitor staff. All individuals attending the Workshop, including those working at the booths, must be registered and are therefore full participants in the workshop.

Any additional booth personnel beyond the two included registrations must purchase a Workshop registration.
