We’re pleased to announce that the hotel room block for the upcoming Banff Pipeline Workshop is now open and accepting reservations!

Attendees are encouraged to plan ahead and reserve their hotel accommodations as soon as possible to take advantage of the discounted room rate and ensure availability within the room block. Reservations can be made via the link below or by calling directly.  Registration for the workshop is scheduled to open in December; we will post when it opens so that attendees can secure their spot at the workshop as well.

Room rate: $255.00 + taxes and $20.00 facility fee per room, per night, CAD

The discounted rate is for a single or two-bed accommodations, which you will select during the booking process.  The facility fee includes campus-wide Wi-Fi, access to Sally Borden Fitness Centre, phone calls across North America, and access to complimentary arts and programmed events when available.  The discounted guest room rate will be available three (3) days pre- and post-event, subject to availability.  

Check-in time is 04:00PM. Every effort will be made to accommodate guests arriving before the check-in time; however, guest rooms may not be immediately available. Check-out time is 11:00AM.

Getting to Banff with Banff Airporter

Parking at the Banff Centre is limited, and we anticipate a high volume of delegates throughout the week. To help reduce the number of vehicles on property, attendees are strongly encouraged to travel to Banff using the Banff Airporter rather than renting a vehicle.

Getting Around Banff

Roam Transit – Route 7

Delegates staying at hotels in downtown Banff can use Roam Transit Route 7, which is anticipated to provide seasonal service between downtown Banff and the Banff Centre during BPW 2027. The 2027 route map and schedule will be shared once confirmed by Roam Transit.

Route 7 offers a convenient way to travel to and from the Banff Pipeline Workshop while helping reduce traffic and demand for limited parking at the venue.

Potential BPW Delegate Shuttle

BPW is also exploring a dedicated in-town shuttle service for delegates, subject to sponsorship. If confirmed, the shuttle will provide an additional transportation option between select locations in downtown Banff and the Banff Centre.

Service details, including stops and operating times, will be shared with registered delegates if the shuttle is confirmed.
