The COVID-19 pandemic greatly affected, and continues to affect, all aspects of our personal and professional lives. Emergency Management is no exception. As an essential service, the field of emergency management was forced to rapidly adapt and innovate to ensure that effective emergency response could continue to be implemented in the midst of the global pandemic. Although the pandemic is not yet over, pipeline companies and regulatory bodies have already amassed substantial knowledge in effective emergency response planning and implementation during the pandemic. Please join us for this informative session with leaders in this area from both Canada and the United States.

Format of Session

The session will be four panelists briefly (10 minutes apiece) sharing their views and setting the context for additional discussion, followed by a facilitated discussion considering oral and written questions.
